To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to the client shall generally not exceed the service fees actually paid by the client for the specific service order giving rise to the claim.
This clause does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability arising from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liabilities that cannot be restricted by law.

If any provision of these terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
